Epicfro Mod/OP application

The day "Notch" got on the server he OP'ed me, and I built a huge arena, a sky castle for a faction, and a cobble factory. The next day I am no longer an OP, I no longer have permission to build where i built the arena and cobble factory, and I no can no longer do anything about people that grief my arena.

10 reasons why i should be a mod/OP-

1. I know how to use, and i can explain lots of the plugins we have.
2. I have never griefed, or stole from any chests.
3. I held arena tournaments that the winner gets a reward, but I no longer can because people kill me so i can't make sure no one is cheating. Many people enjoyed the tournaments, and it got rid of a LOT of spawn pvp.
4. I will first ask a fellow mod that's on, if I feel the need to ban someone.
5. I have been a mod before, but I quit the server because it was too much pvp for my liking. (it was a hardcore, griefing is allowed server.)
6. I will do what i can to help the server, and consider everyone's ideas
7. I will NOT abuse my power, and I will not do things such as using god mode in the arena.
8. I wont spawn, or give items unless im working on a huge building project.
9. I can handle many situations, such as pvp near spawn or griefing without abruptly banning the player.
10. I am a mature player and I respect, and do my best to listen to every other player.
